Very friendly and helpful until you part with your money.

Had a problem with the carpet fitters overcharging my wife with the fitting when i wasn't around. Hoped I could sort this out with a simple phone call to the manager, but all i received was a very rude and aggressive phone conversation and was handed the number of the owner. Surprise, surprise the lady owner was ever more aggressive and rude than the manager and in the end I hung up. So if your after company which has no customer service and overcharges you I fully recommend this firm..
