"STUCK IN THE MUD"

Yesterday my wife and I had to call our rescue service(Green Flag) after getting all four wheels of our 4x4 stuck in very soft ground. This was at a caravan storage location and we were returning our caravan. We had already got the caravan detached and parked safely but the car was well stuck. Green Flag sent A1 to rescue us, they might have been better to send Frank Spencer! The A1 man's first greeting was 'how have you got a 4x4 stuck. Very helpful, I have been a professional driver for 50 years and have seen all types of vehicles stuck even tractors. He then insisted on trying himself to drive our car free and in doing so buried it up to the hubs in the mud. After doing that he paced up and down and then said he would not bring his truck into the compound and he was going because there was nothing he could do. So he left leaving my wife, our five year old granddaughter and myself stranded. Rescue service, about as much use as chocolate teapot. Green Flag then sent out RNW from Prenton. What a difference, these guys had a real can do attitude saying we'll soon have you out and they did in less than five minutes. RNW attitude 5star, ability 5 star. A1 attitude 0 , ability 0..
